Statement

Every brush stroke is a choice, why not steep it all in symbolism too?

I believe medium and media need experimentation. The interaction of materials and the unexpected outcomes can often determine a new direction for a piece. I want to evoke felling through the use (or absence) of color and symbolism throughout. Certainly, I will (most likely) tell you the story, but sometimes the fun lives in the surprises.

I am currently working in acrylic and using the layers to find the images within the canvas.
